Historical Transit Facilities

The Historical Transit Facilities layer contains streetcar, ferry and horsecar facilities dating back to about 1872. One shape and one corresponding record exists for each route segment.<br/><br/>The point work was derived referencing the Functional Class Roads dataset from the Metropolitan Council.<br/><br/>Attributes include facility name, type of facility, year opened and year closed.
