Minnesota State Patrol and Text-to-9-1-1 in the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board 10 County Region, Minnesota

This layer contains polygons representing the geographic extent of areas in which 9-1-1 calls or text messages should be routed to the Minnesota State Patrol-East Metro District (MSPE), Minnesota State Patrol-West Metro District (MSPW), or Minnesota State Patrol-Rochester (ROSP) Public Safety Answering Points. It is intended solely for wireless/nomadic requests for emergency assistance to MSPE, MSPW or ROSP. This layer should not be used for routing of wireline (landline) or stationary VoIP 9-1-1 calls.
