Permanent List of Priorities (PLP)

This dataset represents active sites on the Permanent List of Priorities (PLP), otherwise known as MN Superfund Sites. The locations, classifications, and other information about the site is included. The Minnesota Environmental Response and Liability Act, Minn. Stat.ยง 115B.17, subd. 13 and Minn. R. 7044 require the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) to establish a PLP for releases or threatened releases of hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants. The MPCA lists and delists sites as required by statute.
