The Minnesota Geospatial Commons will soon be moving to a new platform! MnGeo has been working with the community to modernize the Commons using Technology Modernization Funding received in April of 2024. Development is focused on improving platform security and enhancing the user experience, with increased availability of web services and ways to interact with the data.

MnGeo is working with publishers to transition their data to the new platform so users will have access to the same data upon public migration to the site in April of 2026.
