2022 SEED Eligibility Areas

This dataset indicates which census tracts are eligible for the Livable Communities Act (LCA) Seeding Equitable Environmental Development (SEED) grants in the Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties by 2010 census tract. This dataset is derived from the expanded equitable development eligibility areas outlined for the Community Development Committee on for on January 3, 2022: https://metrocouncil.org/Council-Meetings/Committees/Community-Development-Committee/2022/January-3,-2022/Livable-Communities-Act-Tax-Base-Revitalization-Ac.aspx. This dataset is only meant to be used for determining eligibility for SEED grant areas for the 2022 LCA Funding Cycles.
