Master Street Address Guide for the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board 10 County Region, Minnesota

This file contains the Master Street Address Guide representing the geographic extent of the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board (MESB) region. An MSAG is a tabular file required in Enhanced 9-1-1 to validate 9-1-1 caller address locations, assign the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) for 9-1-1 call routing, and identify emergency response agencies. An MSAG includes both address elements and a small number of non-address elements used by legacy 9-1-1 services to facilitate routing of wireless and VoIP 911 calls, as well as identify certain error conditions. It is provided as a spreadsheet.
