The inital release of the Minnesota Geospatial Commons was launched on July 1, 2014.  This first phase of the project establishes a single, stable portal for Minnesota GIS data.  Although not all data can be found on the Commons today, many more data resources are currently being added through phase two of the project.  By the end of calendar year 2014, it is expected that all of the best agency data will be available through the Commons, and individual state agency portals (e.g. the Data Deli, Minnesota Geographic Clearinghouse, etc.) will begin to be retired.
